These programmes consists of two teams of observers positioned at
vantage points overlooking the target site, and are linked by radio so a
different perspective can be achieved relating to a CE 5 encounter.
Roy Dutton has produced detailed graphs that indicate high incidence
times and dates for possible encounters at designated observation sites,
on a number of occasions we have been able to capture on video true
unknowns due to Roy's work.
We are currently conducting CE5 sky watches in the south Welshpool area
of Powy’s
were a number of abductions and animal mutilations have been reported.
On the 30th of October 01 an observation team using Roy’s prediction
charts filmed two unknowns manoeuvring in zig zag erratic flight paths
beyond any known conventional flight abilities.
It is hoped the development of specially adapted night vision equipment
by our scientific colleagues utilising different area’s of the magnetic
spectrum will assist our teams in the understanding and monitoring of
these true unknowns.
